Alex Henderson

Alexander C. Henderson is an associate professor in the Department of Public and Nonprofit Administration at Marist College. His current research examines decision-making and behavior in street-level public safety services, the structuring and design of emergency services organizations and systems, and broader inquiry in organizational behavior, performance measurement and management, and voluntary services in public and nonprofit organizations. His research has been published in Public Administration Review, The American Review of Public Administration, Public Performance and Management Review, and others.
