Rachel A. Breslin

Rachel Breslin is a Doctoral student at the George Washington University Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration.  Her research interests include: women in male dominated organizations/institutions and specifically the military and law enforcement, feminist theory and specifically intersectionality, representative bureaucracy, public management, and policy implementation.

Ms. Breslin is a veteran of the United States Army with service–in Europe, the Balkans, Asia, the Middle East, and the Pentagon–at both the tactical and strategic level.

Ms. Breslin received her B.S. in International Politics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and her Masters in Policy Management from Georgetown University.
