Kathryn Yeager

Kathryn Yeager is a Doctoral student at the George Washington University Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration, with a focus on program evaluation.  Her research interests include: international development, specifically the use of evaluation for monitoring development outcomes and improving program implementation, international public administration, nonprofit management, and public service motivation.

Before beginning her Doctoral studies, Ms. Yeager lived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where she managed clean water, health, and sanitation programs and helped design monitoring and evaluation systems.

Ms. Yeager received her B.S. in Human Development from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters in Global Policy Studies from the LBJ School of Public Affairs.
