Ying Jiang

Ying Jiang is currently a visiting scholar in the Center for Organization Research & Design (CORD) at Arizona State University. She received a Bachelor degree in English and a Master degree in Public Administration both from the Harbin Institute of Technology in China, and a Ph.D. degree in Public Administration from Korea University in South Korea. Her research interests focus on public policy analysis and performance management, especially on science & technology policy, higher education policy, PPP (public-private partnerships). She is also currently working as an assistant professor in the School of Public Administration at Dalian University of Technology in China.
