Shuyang Peng

Shuyang Peng is an assistant professor in the School of Public Administration at University of New Mexico. Her research focuses on public and nonprofit management, performance management, human resource management, and cross-sector collaboration. She is interested in the influence of institutional and organizational environment on molding employee motivation, attitude, and behavior in public and nonprofit organizations. She also studies the dynamic interaction between public and nonprofit organizations in collaboration, and its influence on the behaviors of nonprofit organizations.
