Rhys Andrews

Rhys Andrews is Professor of Public Management, Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University. His research interests focus on strategic management, social capital and public service performance. He has published widely in refereed journals including: Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration and Public Administration Review. He is co-author of Strategic Management and Public Service Performance (Palgrave, 2011) and Public Service Efficiency: Reframing the Debate (Routledge, 2014), and serves as co-editor of the International Public Management Journal and the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory. He is currently leading a work package exploring the impact of public management on social cohesion as part of the Coordinating for Cohesion in the Public Sector of the Future (COCOPS) research project funded through the European Union’s Framework 7 programme.
