Jocelyn Johnston

Jocelyn M. Johnston is Associate Professor of Public Administration and Policy at American University’s School of Public Affairs.  Her current research focuses on government contracting and collaborative service delivery.  Her work appears in leading journals including Public Administration Review, and the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory.  Prior to her academic career, she served for ten years in local government administering federally and state funded social welfare programs.  She earned her MPA and Ph.D. from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
