J. David Selby

J. David Selby is a doctoral Student in the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University, pursuing a Ph.D. in public policy and public administration. Previously, he worked with the Virginia governor's office to develop open-data policies for the state.  He earned a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason.

Research interests:
Research and scholarly interests include science/technology policy, economic development, tax and fiscal policy, state and local government, innovation policy, and resilience.
