Fernando Isuani

Fernando J. Isuani:  Ph D in Social Sciences from the Latin-American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO-Argentina). He is Researcher and Associate Professor at the National University of General Sarmiento (Argentina) and Coordinates the Area of State, Government and Public Administration. His research interests include State capacities, Bureaucracy, Public Policy implementation. His current research is “Bases and foundations for the study of the state bureaucracy in Argentina”.
