Dorine Andrews

Dorine Andrews was the Chief Information Officer for the Peace Corps, an independent federal agency, from August 2010 to January 2015. She was responsible for leading the 100+ OCIO organization that delivers the agency’s global information technology network and systems for headquarters, seven national regional offices and more than 65 countries. As Senior Advisor to the new CIO, Ms. Andrews is leading the agency-wide master data management program and is modernizing IT policy for the agency. The program includes agency wide data and process models that provide the foundation for the strategic redevelopment of agency’s software and information resources. Prior to joining the Peace Corps, Dr. Andrews’ extensive career included consulting and teaching, as well as considerable research in the areas of managing organization and technology change, knowledge management, online marketing and online community development. She holds a doctorate in Communications Design, has co-authored books on IT organization management and business process re-engineering, and has published many articles in these disciplines.
