Bozeman, Taggart, Todd & Fowler Scalpers Research Featured in ASU News

The work of CORD Director Barry Bozeman, along with researchers Gabel Taggart, Kevin Todd and Neil Fowler is the subject of a recent feature article in ASU News. Their study of "co-opetition" and teams among ticket scalpers at Arizona Diamondbacks games, presented by Taggart at PMRC in Minneapolis earlier this month, found that contrary to popular opinion, ticket scalping appears to be a professional business environment complete with long-term business strategy and a successful mix of government and self-regulation.
