Sarah Geren

Sarah is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human and Social Dimensions of Science and Technology in the School for the Future of Innovation in Society at Arizona State University. She¬†earned her B.S. degree in Conservation Biology and M.Sc. in Biology and Society in the School of Life Sciences at Arizona State University. She has worked at ASU’s Center for Biodiversity Outcomes, and has interned at the non-profits Oceana and Conservation International. Current research interests are broadly centered on environmental policy, the role of NGOs and foundations in conservation, and societal perceptions of environmental issues.
