SPRI awarded the ASU President's Award for Sustainability

In 2023, the Sustainable Purchasing Research Initiative (SPRI) received the ASU President's Award for Sustainability to recognize its international impact in promoting sustainable purchasing. SPRI was launched in 2017 by Nicole Darnall in CORD with Dr. Stu Bretschneder, Dr. Lily Hsueh and Dr. Justin Stritch. Since then, SPRI has grown in scale and become a Center with affiliates across the ASU campus as well as international affiliates and collaborators.
